Working with the excellent architectural plans drawn up by Armour Villa’s own Dick Slingerland ( a special ‘Shout Out’ to you, Dick!), Victor and his team worked tirelessly to translate the blueprints into a much anticipated new porch for our home. Victor was a true perfectionist, explaining every aspect as we moved through the rebuild, and consulting us on any design preferences. He and his team were very professional and reasonably priced, always a fabulous combo! They were also extremely pleasant and careful to leave the work area neat at the end of each day. We can’t recommend AD&C Group highly enough for your rebuilding needs. Other neighbors have used them, as well – that is how we found them.”
“We used AD&C to construct a new two-story addition for my house. The structure consisted of a new family room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a full-masonry basement. The project took approximately 5-months.
We chose AD&C because of their solid reputation and experience in constructing high quality residential additions. From the beginning to the end Victor, the owner, was very professional and organized and kept us informed every step of the way so as to avoid any surprises at the end. He returned calls and texts promptly, kept to his projected timeline and showed excellent workmanship and dedication. Victor’s crew is very experienced and can handle practically everything that comes their way. They are a dedicated group of individuals that show up on time and ready to work every day even on weekends. Victor always kept the job running smoothly even when all the subcontractors were on site. Because our family lived in the house through the renovation it was important that Victor and the crew went to great lengths to keep the dust down and the work areas as clean as possible with very little disruption to our daily routine.
