What is the charge for a consultation?
The initial consultation is complimentary. We would be happy to meet with you to determine if we can accomplish your goals.
How can I get an estimate?
Once we meet, I will review the plans and specifications along with your preferences, ideas, goals and anticipated time frame for completion. This information will determine whether a design agreement should be implemented or if you have enough information to proceed directly to an estimate.
How do I know if I need a permit for my project?
We will review the code for the city/town/village in which the job is to take place to determine if a permit is needed for your project.
Who pulls the permits?
As part of the overall design/build process, we will obtain the permits for the project.
Who does the electrical and plumbing portions of my project?
We work with licensed sub-contractors to deliver professional service to our clients.
Who is in charge of the projects?
Once the design phase is complete your project is assigned to a job superintendent. They will be responsible for the day to day construction activities of your project.
